Just went there 804 at night it says they're supposed to be open there's five people in there working the door was locked and the open sign was on I knocked on the window and I told the idiot to turn the open sign off and he didn't do it he just sat there and she knotted it said yeah yeah they're morons
I have had a frustrating experience at this Jersey Mike's location as they consistently get my order wrong. It seems like they might have hired a lot of inexperienced staff, and I've noticed that many of the employees appear to be struggling. Because of this, I opted to go to Smashburger instead.
The food and service are both excellent. Everything is delicious, just as advertised! The staff has been very friendly, attentive, and they've prepared fantastic sandwiches to order.

The two staff members at the counter were incredibly friendly and helpful! It was my first visit, and I will definitely return. The food was delicious!
The subs here are consistently excellent. I especially love the Philly steak and really enjoy their bread. Service is always quick as well.
