I visited this Jersey Mike's for the first time and had a great experience. I ordered online, and my order was ready when I arrived. I was greeted warmly as I walked in. The food was excellent. While I was filling up my drink, I noticed the employees assisting a customer with their order. Instead of just naming the sub by its number, they described the sandwiches, such as saying that the #8 is Turkey and Bacon. This approach made it easier for the customer to understand their options without having to ask for details. It’s clear that the staff genuinely care about their customers through their actions.
I had points to redeem a free regular. They made the sandwich, When I get to check out and try to use my points it would not work, I was informed that corporate was doing something and not accepting points today, I showed the employee my points and heverified I did have enough points for a free regular. I told them to cancel my order, instead of honoring or discounting it Iwatched them throw the whole sandwich out in the trash. Wow.
The service was very fast and friendly. This was my first visit to Jersey Mike's and I ordered the Giant Club Supreme with my rewards points...I have never in my life had a sandwich that BIG!! It was amazingly fresh and definitely filling and satisfyingto say the least! I definitely and highly recommend Jersey Mike's in Flowood, MS, you won't be disappointed!!
i would just love to say that jersey mikes is the best sandwich i've ever had. The workers name was harrison and he put all his love and magic into that sandwich. its almost like he makes love with his sandwich and hands it to me hot and ready. Harrisonmakes really good sandwiches

I typically place my orders through the app, but today I came in during a busy time. I was really impressed by the positive attitude of the staff. They got my food to me quickly, and, as always, it was the best sandwich you can find in the area.
I had the Philly sandwich today in Flowood and it was awful,over oooked and very bland. I had a hard time watching the guy cook it on the.grill with so much hair hanging out of his hat. Certainly wasn't worth nearly $13 for a sandwich and tea.
We've visited Jersey Mike's in Flowood a few times, and we really enjoy it. The root beer and cream soda from the fountain machine are fantastic, and the sandwiches are excellent. We'll definitely be back!
We both ordered sandwiches that came with cheese YET none was on either. Then after leaving we realized we paid too much. $2.47. Yes that?s a lot for us.
