I had the worst customer service experience ever. They hung up on me and wouldn't talk to me since I’m not a customer. I will definitely avoid ordering from this Jersey Mike's again as I no longer consider myself a customer.

The pickup took an additional 40 minutes longer than estimated. The food was lukewarm, and the portions were quite small considering the price, although it did taste good.
