The food is decent, and I used to enjoy visiting this place regularly, but that all changed on Sunday, October 15, 2023. I was genuinely shocked by how I was treated. To give you some context, I’m a middle-aged woman, and it wasn’t busy when I walked in, so I can’t accept that as an excuse for the poor service. For the past month, I’ve been on oxygen therapy due to a lung condition and carry a portable concentrator that lasts about two hours. This allows me to get out of the house without any issues in other restaurants—until I came to Orem’s. The food did not match the description at all. I ordered the special, which was baked mac and cheese, but it was quite unpleasant. It was just boiled pasta with liquid cheese poured on top and some breadcrumbs sprinkled over it; it was so unappetizing that they took it off my bill. My second choice was a chicken salad sandwich, which clearly came from a can or was processed. It tasted very dry and certainly wasn’t made fresh. The best meal I had was the deluxe hamburger, but that doesn’t say much. If there were other options available, I would definitely choose to go elsewhere.

During our visit, we encountered quite poor customer service. After ordering drinks and looking over the menu, our waiter was rude and even tossed the straws at us. As a result of this unpleasant interaction, we chose to leave without trying the drinks. Moreover, the place had an unappealing odor. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Really Fantastic. Service is very quick and nice. Food is always consistant. The eggs benedict is a real treat! Love to go on a Saturday morning! The liver and onion sandwich was disappointing. It wasn't cooked properly, and I generally enjoy liver and onions. The waiter noticed that I didn't touch my food, but he didn't inquire about it. The manager didn't address the issue either.

Had another family birthday celebration here with a group of about 11 and it was perfect. Everybody got the Sunday brunch they wanted at a very reasonable price. Great service in spite of a tremendous number of lunchtime customers.

Pork loin special loaded with salt. Was asked how my meal was when I was paying. Told him. Was told we are working on addressing the to much salt on the specials. Really.? Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

The best place to eat in Wilton and Norwalk! I was in Wilton for two weeks for work and was there for breakfast almost every morning! Super tasty and everyone was super nice! Thanks for the nice time! Reserva una mesa ahora
