Today, I visited Jersey Mike's in Bannockburn, IL to purchase a sandwich. The young man taking my order spoke quickly and I had trouble understanding him. The same issue occurred with the second employee who was assembling my sandwich. I had to ask her to repeat herself. I then noticed a middle-aged woman nearby who seemed to be laughing at me. I asked her if she was laughing at my difficulty understanding the employees, and she responded by laughing even more loudly and saying that was just how she laughed. She was by far the most rude of the four employees I encountered.
OMG! I will ONLY go to this location! I have gone to the Deerfield one and it has gone down in quality. They don't even know how to make an original Italian! I ordered my sandwiches here and I was treated so well by Anna. Very nice people! You don't get that kind of attention and customer service anymore! But I will be exclusively coming back here ONLY if I am getting JM subs. I'm eating it right now and it is absolutely much better tasting than BGs and Deerfield locations. Thank you!
I made an online order for my shop. I realized right after placing the order, I forgot to make an adjustment to one of the sandwiches. I tried calling the store 10 times over a period of 15-20 minutes and they never answered the phone! Terrible customer service. I will definitely try to steer my crew away from ordering here in the future.
I've had a consistently satisfying experience at every visit here. I know the menu. The people are very helpful.The difference is that everyone I've encountered here has made it a pleasant visit. I have nothing negative to say.

I will not be returning to this restaurant after paying $19.00 for a regular sub, a small bag of chips, and a small fountain drink.
