Jersey Mike's Subs

Here it is, Sunday night, a little after 5:30. I called the Jersey Mike’s on Newbury Road, and no one picks up. I try 4 more times, and still no answer, so I decide to go to the store, and order. NOT happy about this, as I really don’t want to be inside the store longer than necessary. When I get there, two people working behind the counter, two people in line ahead of me, however, they we’re finishing up with one of them. After I placed my order, I asked why they were not answering their phone, I had called 5 times. They said that they had been really busy, and stopped answering it. I ordered the 43 and Classic Italian dishes at this restaurant. I specifically requested no paprika with vinegar, but the chef still added paprika despite being asked not to four times and it being noted on the order. This has happened to me multiple times. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times with no answer. I also attempted to contact them through Google but only received an automated code response.

I really enjoyed the sandwiches at this restaurant. I usually don't go for tuna sandwiches, but theirs was delicious. The large sandwiches cut into four pieces were a nice touch. And the fact that it's close to Motel 6 was convenient. My whole family loved the sandwiches too. They offer large sandwiches that are cut up and some sides for sharing with the family. The food was good overall.

I really enjoyed the great sandwiches at this restaurant, especially the tuna sandwiches which I don't normally get. I love how the large sandwiches are cut into four pieces, making them easy to share with my whole family. You can also order larger sandwiches along with some sides for the whole family. This was my first time dining at this restaurant and I was extremely impressed by the quality of the food. The young man working behind the counter was knowledgeable and skilled in preparing the dishes. It's one thing to have all the necessary ingredients, but it's truly important to know how to properly assemble and create a delicious meal.

I usually order online from this restaurant at most once a week. They typically get my orders right, but recently there have been errors such as forgetting to make my sandwich Mikes way, resulting in a dry sandwich. They also often give me the wrong drink. Despite these issues, I still think this location is great.

Ordered a delivery online. They have special instructions blocked and says to call. However they don’t answer the phone!! So the order will probably be incorrect and I have no way to communicate that ketchup is needed. Very unprofessional not to answer your phone especially when you instruct people to call!

I love the philly cheese steaks here. the service is great and it is never too full. I always replace the two and paprika for paprika and mushrooms and always add extra. they are more than obligated and very friendly about it. The subs at this restaurant are fresh and filled with delicious ingredients. Our favorite options are the Italian and the turkey subs.

the stank of the water was so bad that I couldn't even make it on the counter before I had to gagged and run out the door.
