I purchased 3subs with extra meat. I did take out and ordered on the phone.when I got home it was pathetic. On the half of roast beef there was 2pieces on one side and 1 piece on the other. I check the rest of the subs and they were just as bad. I paid for extra meat and there was none. I called and the person who answered the phone was polite and apologized. He said he would replace the subs at no cost, I replied I will be there I'm 10mins. When I walked in and told the young man who I was, he grab the bag on the counter and threw it at me. Oh I like Jersey Mike’s and understandably they are busy but give people a chance to order the sandwich and stop rushing through everything that kills the whole experience. Slow down and listen to the order rather than making the whole sandwich again Because you’re rushing through everything and making mistakes

The subs here are quite good, likely the best among fast food sub shops. However, they are not inexpensive, and for the price, I would prefer to visit a deli for a higher quality sandwich.

Fantastic subs! I ordered online, and the process was quick and effortless. The food is consistently fresh, and the staff is always friendly.
