I'm not sure if it was an off night or what, but our poor server was absolutely weeded and overwhelmed. She was so sweet and kept apologizing and I felt bad she was left by herself. Took an hour for us to be addressed, we kept getting forgotten, a local/regular had to intervene and get us water, then the server brought it to the wrong table. Appetizers weren't bad, wings and burrata were good. Our entrees were not good. The marinara tasted different on every plate (pasta and pizza dishes), some too acidic, too sweet, too sour, no seasoning or flavor. 2 people were nauseous and sick after. I have been to this spot a few times and never have I been greeted by a smile or hello. The food is overpriced for the quality. I gave it a one star because there is sanitation issues with person behind the counter touching slices with their hands in and out of the oven while handling money. Not cool. I pointed this out to the staff and wasn't given any response. Won't be going back!
I don't usually write negative reviews, but I was disappointed with my $50 meal at this restaurant. The Chicken Alfredo was like a bowl of noodles swimming in milk with only two small pieces of meat. The signature pizza seemed to be made with old dough and was dripping with oil. I was especially disappointed because this place is in my neighborhood. If I could get a refund, I would.
Not personable, but could be due to cultural differences. Dining room was very cute. My chicken for takeout was rubbery, but friends liked theirs.

I had a great time supporting a family-owned restaurant! The food was delicious, and you have the option to dine in or take out.
The customer service at this restaurant is very rude. They refused to let me use the bathroom, but at least the pizza is good.
