5 stars! I rarely write reviews and typically just leave ratings, but this time I had to share my experience. From what I recall, I’ve never met friendlier or more helpful staff than those at my first visit to Jersey Mike’s Subs. The food was fantastic, and the service was top-notch. The welcoming atmosphere even seemed to uplift the other customers. I highly recommend this place!
Jersey Mike?s is the best sub chain around the area. Hands down! Might even go as far to saying it has become better than Publix subs in the past couple of years. This particular location is always very friendly and accommodating. They?re always on the ball and have never had an order messed up or issues at all here. Great customer service and always great subs!
You're the best by far. I put every place to her bread. This place makes a great job. Bread was fresh... thoroughly baked with a beautiful chewing crust. When the bread is baked too long, the crust becomes dry and fluffy. Just the right amount of spices. My favourite is Mike's Way, add light salad Mayo and red pepper sauce. Yummmmm.
Pretty good turkey sub, fixed just right. Nice and juicy. This sub is definitely a winner, fast delivery too. Also tried the Philly Cheesesteak, was not so impressed there. This is a pretty good sandwich shop, but they definitely need to provide public Wi-Fi. I had a hard time getting a signal in the area, which meant I couldn’t even use the Jersey Mike's app.
My order got stolen and I waited longer than expected. Manager refunded my order and I wasn't even giving them grief. So happy to experience real customer service. Bravo!
Love these subs! Just wish I could have them more often. Being a diabetic crimps my style more than I want to admit. Always have it Mike's way.
