I hadn’t visited Jersey Mike’s in over a year but decided to drop by today. While I used to find the staff very friendly, my experience this time was different. Asking for an extra slice of tomato on my turkey sub seemed to cause some hassle. The turkey, cheese, and fresh veggies were good, but there was noticeably less meat than I remember. At $9.45 for a regular sub, I’m unsure if I’ll return. It was around 11 a.m., so the place was quiet, although they were busy with online orders. Previously, the sandwiches felt meatier and more worth the price, which was also lower back then. Maybe it was just an off day, but overall, it didn’t live up to my past experiences.
Terrible service at this Jersey Mike's location. I order from them often for large groups, but this place was disappointing. The manager was unprofessional and stingy. They didn’t provide any napkins and refused to wrap orders separately, which other locations have always done without issue. The manager even demanded extra payment for it, despite my order exceeding $150 and tipping the staff. The entire order, including the receipt, was messy and greasy. I recommend going to the location down the road instead—this one was embarrassing.
The manager at this location is incredibly unprofessional and rude. I was taken aback by his appalling behavior. He made an error on a large order we placed, exceeding $160, and refused to make a sandwich that he had forgotten. When we returned to the store to retrieve the missing sandwich, he threw it at us while yelling! All we wanted was the sandwich he neglected to prepare. I hope corporate takes notice, as Jersey Mike's typically provides excellent service, just not at this location.

The restaurant serves dependable, straightforward dishes. Although the large sandwiches are somewhat expensive, they are definitely superior to many alternatives. They truly represent what a sub sandwich should be—simple and fulfilling. There’s a nice selection of choices, all prepared with fresh ingredients.
Compared to other sub sandwiches in the area, this one stands out with its superior flavor. The ingredients are simple but skillfully prepared. The staff is friendly and efficient. The restaurant is clean and well-organized.
I discovered a hair in my sandwich this visit, which is quite disappointing since I truly enjoy this restaurant! If you look closely at my picture, you can spot it.
I typically like Jersey Mike's, but during my last visit, I ordered the Philly steak and cheese, and it didn't resemble the picture on the website.
