When I mentioned the dirty touchscreen to the guy at the register, he didn’t react at all; he didn’t even say a word. As we sat down to eat, the employees went back to doing nothing behind the counter. I don't understand why they need six people working—do they even do deliveries? This is usually one of our favorite places, but we've never had issues at the location on Harper in St. Clair Shores. The Giant sub is $18, which seems a bit high, but it feeds both of us, so it’s not all bad. One last thing: I have no idea why the hand dryer in the bathroom is mounted just 2.5 feet off the ground—that doesn’t make any sense. I visit this restaurant every week, sometimes twice! My go-to orders are the club sub, the Italian sub, and occasionally the steak and cheese. We absolutely love the subs! I appreciate that the lunch meat is freshly sliced and made to order. I place my order online and pick it up about 10 minutes later, and it's always good and ready right on time. Food: 5/5

poor customer service, not clean. the man preparing my sandwich kept wiping his gloves on his apron and I watched them drop contaminated ingredients back in (like dropping a tomato on the counter and throwing it back in). gross Reserva una mesa ahora
