Completely unprofessional. Ordered online and received a confirmation it was ready for pickup. Person picking it up was told the order was never received so I called. Jordan, the gentleman who answered the phone, could not have been more rude. He was smug and called me “boss” and “bro” the entire conversation. I asked him why I was charged and received confirmation the order was was ready. He said “don’t know what to tell you, bro”. I told him I can come down to show him the screen shot of the confirmation. He said “trust me, you don’t want to come down here.” He is unprofessional and refused to put me on the phone with his manager. He ended the call by saying “ok boss” again. I’ve been goin...
Because I don't eat pork or beef, I find it cringy that they only have one meat cutter when making sandwhiches. Just for ME. They also don't change gloves when touching food/other items. Pre-pandemic this was cringe worthy for me but now even moreso. I went for the first time the other day and watched them service 2 customers before walking out.The customer service was good towards the customers though. That seems to be lacking alot over the years.
This is the second time my bread has been hard when arrived home and was ready to eat my dinner .I called the store back tonight and the only thing I was told was that he would relay the message to morning crew.No customer service no bring it back, we will refund your money, come by and pick up free coupons .I spent 37.00 and change and then gave the staff a tip. Never again will I leave without. He king my food , if I return.
I ordered two sub-shells—one with cheese and one without—and it took about 15 minutes for them to be ready. When I finally received my order, I was taken aback by the amount of meat in the bowl; I’d be surprised if there were even 2 or 3 ounces. The portion size simply isn’t worth it. A few years back, their subs were excellent, but sadly, that’s no longer true.

I’m very disappointed I don’t know how many times I order from jersey mikes from Bowie and they never have my order the way that I order these the only sandwiches that I eat..so wend I order I want to be the way that is supposed to be…and every time is not.is just because I order online..?
Ordered 2 sub bowls.The same bowls one with cheese , one without. it took around 15 minutes to get. I get home look at both of them. If there was 2/3 ounce of meat in the bowl I can walk to the moon.The amount of food wasn't worth it. A few years ago theywere the best. But not now.
When customers order a sub, they expect fresh vegetables! Unfortunately, the salad I received was brown and was described as fresh. To make matters worse, there were bits of salad found on men's underwear! This is completely unacceptable!
First tried Jersey Mikes in New Jersey and when I spotted another one I just had to stop by. The San which was good just like before. I got the chipotle cheesesteak for around $9.50 tax included. Pretty tasty stuff.

I ordered a Philly cheesesteak on wheat, but it honestly felt more like a salad sub! There was barely any steak, and it lacked flavor completely. Also, there was an excessive amount of lettuce in the sandwich.
When you want a sub you expect fresh veggies! The lettuce was beyond brown and I was told that Was their fresh lettuce! They continued to put that nasty lettuce on people's subs! Not Acceptable!
