I approached the woman standing next to the man wrapping subs, and she kindly assisted me. However, while waiting to place my order, I noticed several customers being served ahead of me, which confused me since I thought I could order right at the register. Instead of politely explaining that I needed to wait by the display case, they let me stand there without any guidance. It wasn’t until I asked why others were being helped before me that they told me I had to wait in line.

As a proud resident of Point Pleasant, I’ve always felt a sense of pride knowing that Jersey Mike's started in my hometown. Even though I no longer live there, I looked forward to visiting family and friends and enjoying a sub from Jersey Mike's. Unfortunately, my experience at this location was one of the worst I've had. The employee who helped me, Arthur, was quite rude, even when I tried to engage in small talk. After having to repeat my order multiple times, I was disappointed to find that my sub had hardly any meat on it when it finally arrived. I won’t be returning during my visit, and I can't recommend this place to anyone.
All of the complaints I read definitely revolve around one employee and I echo the same sentiment. His name is Arthur and he’s consistently rude, cannot remember your order, and will always short you on the meat. The other staff and manager; great reasonable people. I spoke to manager and he did his best to assure me that said employee is going to be moved but unfortunately I really can’t go back until he’s removed. It’s simply gotten to unpleasant and I literally settle for different food purely because I know my experience with Arthur will be terrible. I used to buy 3 sandwiches a week
I was very disappointed with the service I received at this restaurant. I ordered a sandwich and asked for extra meat, for which I paid. However, Arthur, who was making my sandwich, only added one slice of meat and neglected to include any lettuce or oil and vinegar. When I pointed this out to him, he laughed it off and said he would do as he liked. I will not be returning to this restaurant, and I strongly encourage management to address this employee's behavior. I have never felt so disrespected!

I stopped by Jersey Mike’s during my work break to get a sandwich. The young employee making my food was very rude, got my order wrong, and didn’t put enough meat on my sandwich. Usually, I can overlook a missing ingredient, but it seemed like he wasn’t paying attention to my order at all. I generally like Jersey Mike’s, but I’ll be going somewhere else from now on.
Great sub sandwiches here. The location is set back from the road in a small shopping center and there?s two separate driveway entrances. The staff is courteous and efficient and the shop is clean. There are tables for eating in or you can order takeout in person or call-in.
service was fast, restaurant was clean, social distancing mask was observed. Undersea sandwich elements were fresh. I found food prices somewhat expensive compared to other facilities of the same caliber.
This Jersey Mike’s is the worst—I always get my order wrong. The service is slow, the staff are disrespectful and have a bad attitude, and they can’t even remember your order.
