Everything about Jersey Mike's food is fantastic! The staff was friendly, and the place was clean. However, I didn't give a full 5-star rating for service because, for years, they would ask if we wanted our sandwiches cut in half, or we would request it. That wasn't the case here. Not only did they serve them whole, but when we asked for them to be cut, they said they don't do that. This was the experience for everyone in our group. They eventually agreed to cut them after we asked again—politely, of course. I’m writing a second review because the entire staff at this Jersey Mike's location truly touched my heart! They consistently check on my husband, who is in the hospital, and their kindness and compassion are overwhelming. Today around 4:30 PM on 8/13/22, they not only made some of the best subs but also made me feel like part of their family! Everyone there is absolutely fantastic! Thank you for providing such exceptional customer service; I genuinely appreciate all of them! Amazing!
On April 12, 2024, I waited for 10 minutes without being acknowledged while three staff members chatted amongst themselves. Two of them seemed completely unoccupied, and when someone finally approached me, she had an attitude, implying I should have spoken up sooner. I wasn't greeted when I walked in, and for the entire ten minutes, it felt like I didn't even exist. I'm not the one being paid to provide customer service, and this was very unprofessional.

The staff at this Jersey Mike's location consistently make you feel welcome, and they excel at creating delicious subs. Occasionally, online orders take longer to prepare than initially estimated, but the team puts in a strong effort to complete them as quickly as possible.
I arrived to order a sandwich and the person did not place the order correctly, he does not pay attention, I called to ask for my refund and they only say that they will give you another one for free, I don't want it for free, I want my money on my card
Came in at 1pm the lady who cuts the meat acts like she doesn't want to work. She was kinda cold and rude to me. She also wiped the counter with what seemed like a dirty rag.
