I would give 0 stars if i could. My co worker ordered us 4 portabella mushroom and STEAK grinders and we received 4 grinders for almost 18$ each with no steak on them. After he waited 20 minutes in the restaurant for them to finish we received 4 only mushroom, onion and pepper grinders with no steak. He tried calling the restaurant 3 times, and a fourth. After the third time they had blocked his number and he could not reach the restaurant. Completely unacceptable, egregious pricing for the item we had received and they could not even admit their mistake and apologize. None of us will ever be going to a Jersey mikes again due to this horrendous mistake and deplorable customer service. Do not...

I don't know who trains this hapless crew, but they need to know that they managed to completely mess up two of our sandwiches. They added mayo on 2 where it was not requested and on one there was no mustard, and another did not have the requested tomatoes. Finally they added added pickles to one which this person cannot eat (gerd) and was not ordered. Not the end of the world but they don't seem to be able to make the sandwichs we ordered. I think we not continue to patronize this site as we have other options which are closer and who make the sandwich we order

the staff yesterday, 7/16 at 2 o'clock, was not friendly. the tables were dirty and my wife cleaned our table. there was a big problem with the register and none of our debit or credit cards worked. we paid the money. the cashier and a gentleman looked at us as if it were our fault. customers after us also had problems to pay. No one has an apology for the inconvenience. we have our food, but we don't even. the only good thing was eating.

Today, I dined with a large work group at this restaurant. The staff was outstanding—patient, efficient, and even a bit charming. Despite the restaurant being absolutely packed, the employees maintained smiles, showed great patience with the customers, and worked as quickly as possible given the circumstances. Ordered a pepperoni grinder. The sandwich was cut into 4 sections with one piece of pepperoni per section. Was charged $16.50 for a $1.50 sandwich. I can't recommend this place. If you want the best sandwich in town go to Hamilton Market. They literally use ten time time the amount of meat for less money. On top of it, their sandwich's taste better.

My coworker ordered 4 portobello steak and cheese today and payed $73.00 and there was no steak on any of the subs. He then tried to call and the phone was answered but no-one would talk. On the 4th try they blocked his phone number. We were all extremely unhappy.

I forgot to take pictures, but the subs were amazing, for lack of a better word. They were large and packed with perfectly cooked, fresh ingredients. These young folks deserve some recognition—well done!

Asked for a club with no bread with LIGHT mustard. This is what I got, drowning in brown mustard. No mayo as advertised with the club. $12. Meat was good though, when I could taste it. Reserva una mesa ahora

I've visited this restaurant three times, and each time there has been a mistake with my order. The staff seem more focused on chatting with each other than attending to the customers.

Ordered the giant Italian. Was as expected. Food ready as promised. Store is nice inside for dining in. Was hard to find with maps.
