The person making the sandwich was messy and rushing through the whole process. When it was time to package the sandwich, the bacon, which I requested with an extra charge, fell from.the sandwich and rather than putting it back, took a off and charged mefor it. Also, when placing the sandwich in the paperbag, he left the bag so greasy that it was gross. I had to ask for a bag toplace it so I wouldn't dirty my car. Sadly it did not happend to the other four people before me. Quite disappointed of thewhole experience and probably won't be back to this location.
The sandwiches at Jersey Mike's Subs are always excellent, but I'm a bit conflicted about my overall experience. Usually, the service is pretty quick, so I think this might have just been an off day. The app said my order was placed at 7:37 on a Sunday evening, but I didn't get my sandwiches until 8:05. Next time, I'll plan to allow a little extra time before arriving. While the sandwiches definitely deserve 5 stars, I would rate the service 4 stars.
The service at this location is quick, effective, and welcoming. I've been a devoted customer of Jersey Mike's for many years and have tried various locations, but I have to say that the team here is among the friendliest I've met. Although I intend to check out other locations in the future, for now, this will certainly be my preferred place, thanks to their outstanding service.
Fast, accurate, and friendly service. I've been going to Jersey Mike's for years and have been to multiple locations. I have to say, the employees at this location are among the nicest I've met. I'll be sure to try and review other locations as I go tothem, but in the meantime, this will be my go-to simply because of the service.

The 3 young ladies working tonight were excellent. We were greeted immediately, the environment was clean, the staff was courteous and quick. Excellent job ladies!
