I will never spend another dime at this location. I placed an online order today at 5:05 PM and was given a pickup time of 5:50 PM. That seemed a bit long just for a few subs, but I went along with it. When my son and I arrived at 5:50, we were told that they hadn’t even started our order yet. I could somewhat understand since they were quite busy at the time. However, what really frustrated and disappointed me was seeing other customers who walked in off the street having their orders made right away while mine continued to be delayed. Poor service, sandwich sat for 30 minutes while employee told me it wasn’t ready, but it was. Tried to blame me for not asking for my order, meanwhile I had actually asked for my order multiple times and was ignored and originally cashier knew my name for my orders.Ordered two sandwiches, one hot and one cold.Upon opening second sandwich (cold sandwich) it was on the wrong bread with wrong ingredients and worst of all, it had hair in it. First time I have seen this happen in years.Both sandwiches ultimately went in trash due to order accuracy/quality.Disgusting service. I’m a big fan of Jersey Mike’s, but I visited on their donation day. I was able to get in and out fairly quickly. I ordered the BLT, which is my usual choice. The bacon is usually very crispy and tasty, but this time it was disappointing. It was rubbery and undercooked, with a strange texture and flavor. Additionally, the lettuce didn’t seem fresh, and the tomatoes tasted old. I hope this was just a one-time issue because I usually really enjoy their food. I’ll give it another try and hope for a better experience next time.
I ordered subs for delivery, scheduled for 45 minutes later, only to find out that my order was canceled. When I called to inquire about the cancellation, I was informed that I never had a ticket order. I then contacted Uber Eats for clarification, and they provided evidence showing that Jersey Mike's did indeed cancel my order because they were unable to fulfill it. Can someone please explain why I was misinformed? Why would I want to support a business that lies to its customers?

In a world full of sub-par sub joints, there is no substitute.I have been coming to this location for over a decade and have always been greeted by familiar friendly faces and treated to delicious sandwiches. Delighted to see Wayne take the reigns after all his years of dedicated service.
My SO and I ordered food online and when my SO got home he opened the bags to just see 2 pieces of bread with absolutely no meat or anything on them. This is so disappointing and frustrating, if you don’t wanna do your job then don’t work or find somewhere else to work.
Sad to say the store is under new management. Since then, they no longer offer senior discounts. When you made a purchase at the nearby grocery store, there used to be a coupon for a dollar off on the back of the receipt, that is also gone.
