This morning, at 7:37 AM, I attempted to place an order for a mocha caramel coffee at Tim Hortons, selecting the hot beverage option. Despite repeatedly articulating my order to the associate, it seemed she had difficulty comprehending my request, and her tone became somewhat impolite.I proceeded to the drive-through window and expressed my willingness to place the order there, to which she insisted that I must enter the establishment. In all my years, I have never encountered such poor service at a restaurant. It's already frustrating enough that they charge an extra $1.99 for cream cheese, but when I asked for my bagel to be toasted, there was a big difference between toasted and burnt. I understand that large crowds can create stress for employees, but maintaining quality should always be a top priority to ensure customers want to keep coming back. I hope this message reaches someone who cares, because I won’t be returning.
I wouldn't recommend this place. I've never encountered such a disappointing attempt at making a bagel. I gave it three chances, hoping for an improvement, but the food was consistently cold. The staff was very rude when I inquired about it, and they never answer the phone.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I ordered a toasted bagel with extra cream cheese, but it wasn't toasted at all, and there was barely any cream cheese on it, even though I was charged for extra! The customer service is a complete joke!

I went back after my coffee wasn’t done correctly and Aspen helped me with my coffee she’s very friendly and have a beautiful smile. I definitely enjoyed my cup of coffee that she prepared perfectly.
20 minute wait for a 3 car line because one person is working on a weekday morning. If your main service is coffee and breakfast fast food that is a pretty terrible business practice:
Clean and fast service almost every time I go there. This recent visit, Zay was very patient with my order. It was excellent.
