It was my first time at this restaurant, and I had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was nice, and the staff was very friendly and efficient, ensuring that the line of customers moved quickly. The sandwiches we ordered were delicious. While we waited for our turn, we had a lovely interaction with the person ahead of us, a military woman with four young children. To our surprise, when it was time to pay for our meal, the staff informed us that someone had covered the cost of our food. It was such a kind gesture, but unfortunately, we couldn't thank her because she had already left. It's heartwarming to know that there are still amazing people in this hectic world!

Finally, even though I was getting takeout, the atmosphere of the restaurant was inviting and pleasant. I highly recommend this place for an affordable and enjoyable meal!
The staff at this restaurant are extremely friendly, and the place is spotless. However, I couldn't help but notice that the sandwiches have significantly decreased in size. We ordered the super size #13—their signature dish that we've always enjoyed—but it contained only about half the amount of meat it used to have. It used to be a fantastic value, but sadly, that's no longer the situation due to the recent trend of shrinkflation.
Recently, the team at Jersey Mike's provided outstanding service for our Church Revival! The sandwiches they made for us were incredibly delicious, and they brought joy and satisfaction to both our church members and visitors from out of town. The #7 Turkey and Provolone sandwich was fantastic! Unlike many other places that tend to overdo it with vinegar and oil, this one had the perfect balance. It was made to perfection, just like Mike always does.
This place is far superior to Jimmy John's and Subway! The menu offers an amazing variety of flavors! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere is inviting!
