Never a disappointment when going to JM. Food is always good. The service is always friendly. They can get a little busy during lunchtime but have enough seating room to accommodate if you plan to dine in.Alway my first choice sandwich shop because I can depend on everything being fresh the bread is always nice and soft. My goto sandwich #17 famous Philly or Chipotle steak and cheese. For the hot subs. And the deli subs, I love the fact that they slice the meat as it's being ordered my goto cold sub #13 the original Italian.
Hospitality is the first key to any restaurant for me. They take the cake on that. Very polite and patient while explaining to the non suba vors all amazing flavors they can throw on that sub. THE BIG KAHUNA....of course the large. Doesn't need anything extra but, I get raw onions added to the grilled onions.....oops sorry , my mouth was watering. Trust me go there, Covid or not..
I called in my order and was instructed to pay over the phone. I provided all my card information, but then was told to come into the store to pay, and they would make my sandwiches for me. When I arrived to pick up my food, it hadn't even been made. I felt like my time was wasted, and I will never eat here again. The customer service was terrible—avoid this place!
I tried the Turkey Wrap for the second time. My husband also had the same. This time I asked for light honey mustard, it was easier and cleaner to enjoy. I will choose the wrap for a lighter choice but the the Turkey Club is my all time favorite! (Thank you Tom.

Always super bomb fresh sandwiches. Obviously you gotta go a #13. I don't do Mikes Way but I can't recommend the red relish enough. If only these guys would sell the red relish in a jar like Potbelly does with their peppers. Perfect lunch or dinner on a hot day.
The best sub franchise in the chain! The ingredients are always fresh and plentiful, and the quality is top-notch. The staff is friendly and helpful. I'm so happy that Racine now has a Jersey Mike's Subs! I always go for Mike's Way on Rosemary Parmesan bread.
Food was prepared WRONG I called and told manager he offered to remake Food, DIDN'T WANT TO RETURN TO HAVE THEIR MISTAKES CORRECTED. HE said that he would refund my purchase, he DIDN'T. WON'T PATRONIZE this establishment ever again.
I bought three subs. On my way home from work one for me one for my son and one for my daughter after we were done eating now we got really bad stomach aches, and now we all have diarrhea.

I changed my review because I always get the same sandwich and it is indeed worth $10. We always get coupons from my work for ordering catering which I love.
