Jersey Mike's Subs

Purchased a fountain drink with a meal that turned out to be just carbonated water. When I tried to replace/return the fountain drink for a can or bottle because they couldn?t fix the fountain drink was told they couldn?t refund or replace my drink becauseno manager was there. Was forced to PAY for a can of soda as a replacement to drink with my meal. I can?t believe I?m writing areview over soda, but what a terrible customer experience. I suggested multiple ways to handle but the employee was adamantthere was just nothing they could do. Please enable your employees to fix what should have been a very minor and easy to fixscenario!

Jersey Mike's is always a much better choice than any other chain location. I appreciate the meat and cheese being sliced onto my sandwich rather than precut, and possibly old, meat. Thos location has always been timely and friendly whenever I've stopped, and I'd highly recommend anyone who hasn't tried JM's to give it a shot. You won't be disappointed.

I'm a volunteer EMT on duty in full uniform and went in to buy a philly cheese steak. Price on the board was 15 and change and when asked about extra meat I was told 2 dollars more. When the cashier wrote up the sale he added 2 dollars making it 17 and change . The manager comes over and adds till its 21 and chance almost 22 dollars after tax.

I order my sandwiches from here all the time because I think they're better than the ones in Norwalk (plus it's closer for me). However, the person who made my sandwich today, 10/9/2020, around 7:30 PM, did an amazing job! I wish I could remember her name. Unfortunately, it was a contactless pickup order due to COVID. I've visited this restaurant a few times, and I've noticed that the amount of meat varies each time. I ordered a regular sub with only 6 thin slices of meat for $10. I can get a much higher quality sub, with plenty of meat, at a local deli for just $8. I'm not planning to go back to Jersey Mike's anymore!

The service was terrible. The staff was disorganized, and everyone seemed to have a bad attitude. The only friendly person among the four was the new guy, but he hardly knew what he was doing. The tables were dirty, and the place wasn't even busy. Overall, I give this experience a thumbs down.

absolute worst sandwich place of my life. the people were very unenthusiastic and when I orderd my sub and opened it, all I saw was soggy pieces of bread, ground meat, and dripping sauce. took one bite and had to throw it away. please add less ofeverything and it would be better

Definitely better than Subway. They offer gluten free breads and handle the food accordingly. If you want a quick sandwich, this is a pretty good place to stop. Reserva una mesa ahora

I absolutely love the subs at this place! The bread is consistently fresh, and the cold cuts are packed with flavor. The service is also quick and hassle-free.

Best sandwich spot hands down. Nice to eat here. I strongly recommend the best place to get Subs, better then his competitors.
