Jet's Pizza - Reserva de mesa

Ordered pizza on a Sunday night, was provided an hour time frame. One hour and 20 minutes later, still no food. Attempted to call multiple times with no answer.Drove up to the store and was told they were slammed. The reason for the 2nd star is because they did issue an immediate refund.When we returned home food was on the doorstep an hour after delivery time. This was not our ordered food nor our address on the receipt meaning someone else just had a bad night too.The food here is normally good but this was a very disappointing experience.

2 stars because the pizza was good even though it wasn't what I ordered. Terrible customer service!! I ordered my pizza over the phone with the Bot was told 25 min. I walked in right at 25 min was told it would be another 10 min. After 30 min of listening to the employees complain about the customers some of their worst customer experiences, I finally got my pizza. It was a very disappointing experience overall I will have to think twice before going back.

many employees for not much happened and bad service. we went in and placed our order and were told it would wait 30-45 minutes. no problem. expected that. did not expect a phone call to be denied to tell us that the order was ready so that we could wait in the car instead of the packed escap. the food itself was good. greasy, cheesy, broy; fulfilled my detroit style pizza demand. delicious. otherwise insignificant.

I tried Jet's for the first time today for lunch. The manager (Nick I think) was very polite and made sure I was taken care of since my Grubhub order didn't work out. The pizza was absolutely delicious and the pricing was decent for the 4 corners pizza- a generous portion that made this prego girl happy! I will definitely go back. Reserva una mesa ahora

I haven't been here in a couple of years so friday July 29 I ordered a jet 10 pizza got home open the box I was very disappointed this pizza is not what it used to be I remember meat falling off the pizza because it was so much maybe they're cutting back I don't know and the taste just wasn't there Not satisfied at all

great pizza and friendly staff. jets pizza is consistent and always as expected; very good! I was at this place several times and the customer service is great; friendly, polite and helpful. I go up to this place when they order jets pizza!

My experiences here at this store has been nothing but stellar since Nick took ownership. This guy shows an expert showmanship on how to provide quality customer service. Oh, and the pizza there is top notch.
