Frankly i only visited to work here a few times, but my friend worked here for almost two years, and I’d like to voice both of our experiences. Starting off with the fact that all of the managers have little respect for their workers, especially those who are underage. They completely overstaff themselves with multiple minors who they constantly get frustrated with, even though many of them have very few working skills. Ordered online but when I saw my order confirmation in my email (minutes after ordering) it was incorrect. It said to call with any changes which I did immediately. I had been told my order would take an hour to get to me. Well, the manager said it was too late to make changes and that my order was leaving the store . So if there is a mistake on your order don 't expect them to make it right. When the pizza got to me the inside was undercooked and the cheese was overly browned. We just moved and loved the Jets near our old home. Bummer that this one is so poor.

We love Jets in general. But this location has been consistently inconsistent. Something is always wrong with the order. We placed this order on line but this is not the first time it’s happened or I wouldn’t be griping about it. It was ready on time and the salad and wings were correct but pizza toppings were wrong again and no extra sauce. So sad to have such a a amazing product so poorly executed.

This is what you get for a $15 gluten-free pizza: they claimed they measure the cheese. I'm really frustrated with rising food prices and the low quality that restaurants find acceptable. After expressing my disappointment, they offered me a $15 credit, but they told me this is just the standard quality. I think I’ll just make my own pizza at home. Reserva una mesa ahora

Best pizza I’ve tried on my trip yet! Got Jipped on the pepperonis though. They gave me 4! Half the pizza was just cheese.
