I've been driving past this place for two years and have always seen the drive-thru line wrapped around the building. Now I understand why! I ordered the 2 lbs of classic ribs, and they certainly exceeded my expectations—it looked more like 3 lbs! They were cooked perfectly, and the seasoning was spot-on. I also had cold slaw and collard greens as sides. The barbecue sauce was fantastic! And the rolls were a real highlight too! If I had known how good the rolls were, I would have ordered a whole pan. They even offer a military discount. I highly recommend this place for its great food quality, flavor, and prices.

I ordered a family meal from this location this past weekend. Once I arrived home and opened the bag I realized the ribs I ordered were not in there. I live almost an hour away from this location so I was rather upset. I called and spoke with the manager Kayla. She quickly offered to rectify the discrepancy by bringing delivering the missing item to my home. It was definitely above and beyond what I expected and greatly appreciated. Thank you Kayla for your customer service.

The service during lunch was outstanding—thank you, Ashaun! The pulled pork plate never disappoints, regardless of which sauce you choose. The menu allowed for plenty of variety, and my wife and I opted for the collard greens, which were delicious. We experienced no issues with the timeliness, temperature, taste, or portion size of our food. Based on my positive experience at this location, I look forward to returning to any Jim N Nicks restaurant in the future.

I took my son and his girlfriend here before we went to the hockey game at Gas South District. The pulled pork and corn muffins were very good. I wasn?t a huge fan of their loaded mac-n-cheese; however, that?s just my preference (and I?m a bit of a picky eater. My son?s girlfriend enjoyed her barbecue sandwich. The service was very good. Man the food is good here. Great bbq, great ribs, chicken tenders, and cole slaw. Only complaint I have on the food side is the banana pudding is way overpriced for what you get. On the service side I've only gotten pick up orders, and everyone has been super nice. They forgot my kids drink tonight, but that's on me for not noticing.

I've been visiting this place for three years, and I don’t mind the drive just to enjoy their delicious BBQ meats. Their cheese biscuits are outstanding, and I think I keep coming back mainly for those biscuits. The waitstaff is always incredibly friendly and entertaining. Honestly, I believe everything on the menu is fantastic.

We absolutely love the cheesy biscuits and always take a couple of dozen home with us. They're great to enjoy at any time! The kids really enjoy the pulled pork and its side dishes as well. I hope they consider opening more locations, perhaps near the Mall of Georgia, so that it’s easier for everyone to access. Just a thought!

Every visit includes exceptional food! From the barbecue to the desserts and drinks, everything is fantastic. This restaurant is always a top choice whenever we're near one of their locations!

Portions and prices compared well and the pulled pork BBQ was moist. The service was excellent but we also dined in after the lunch rush. Definitely will eat here again!
