This is the worst short-order kitchen in NYC. I ordered a sausage omelette with grilled peppers and onions, along with home fries. What I received was a sausage omelette with overcooked onions and peppers—there was no cheese, and the home fries had no onions or peppers either. I informed the staff about how I wanted my food, but it didn't make a difference. I ended up paying $28 for terrible service. I definitely do not recommend this place; it was a disappointing experience!
The food was incredible. The chicken tenders were perfectly breaded and juicy, while the accompanying waffle was soft and buttery. I also enjoyed a bacon cheeseburger topped with onion and Swiss cheese, which was fantastic. Plus, I want to give a shout-out to the delivery driver. Despite the rain, he made sure to deliver my order. He was very professional and courteous.
I had a really delicious grilled cheese sandwich with tomato. However, when I added ketchup on the side, I didn’t realize it would come on the French fries as well, which made them soggy. Despite that, I would definitely order again!

Every restaurant I’ve visited in NYC has been fantastic. I was on the Upper West Side and chose this location. I loved it! The service was quick, the food was delicious, and everything was really great. Food: 5/5.
Was looking for a diner to eat breakfast and couldn't find one. There was an IHOP on 126 Street, and it was closed down. Went to Jimbo, and breakfast was fantastic, and the price was even better.Food: 5/5
