Jimboy's Tacos - Reservar una mesa

Ordered the Grilled Chicken Burrito (Tahoe style) and really enjoyed it. Came out to be $8.04 after taxes. Tahoe style adds pico de Gallo, sour cream, rice, beans, etc. The chicken was prepared well and the cheese melted perfectly. The outside of the tortilla was grilled, and slightly crispy but not overdone at all- just right. The customer service was really good and I was approached a few times to be asked if I needed anything else and how my meal was. Very friendly staff. Location was clean at the time I was there (around 4pm).

That was my first time in a few years. I was disappointed to find that they have substantially changed their menu and no longer had some of my favorite items. The person who took my order made it wrong and I restored the wrong things. The tacos I got, despite not ordered tacos, were extremely fat, but still tasted pretty good. The food was quite expensive for what you get and for the quality. I will probably not return if there are so many better options available.

Darn good for a fast food restaurant. The tacos are much bigger than the other taco places plus I believe that the are deep fried with the meat inside then the veggies are added. The old school Mexican method my old neighbor Mrs. Garcia taught my mother. The other items on the menu go from ok to outstanding. Overall better than the national competition and slightly better than a sit down restaurant.

It was my first time at Jimboys's. I had two beef tacos and a cola. The tacos are made fresh with a corn torn tortilla that is pan fried folded over on the griddle. Then it gets a shake of parmesan cheese. They are good!

Best tacos around! Love the parmesan covered shells.
