Ordered 20 minutes before closing rather than calling right away, Amber waited 30 minutes and then called to cancel my order, due to no available drivers. Rather than offer to still make the food that was already paid for and ask if I could possibly come to pick it up, or even offer me my money back, or anything nice at all… she rudely stated that they were now closed and my refund would be issued at later time.I run a business and I am also short staffed and overwhelmed at most times. But at least be nice since you unfortunately couldn’t deliver this evening. I will admit I made a mistake by thinking you were open later.
Over 45 mins for delivery and I work a mile away. Called because sandwich was not made to order and soggy and was told by an unprofessional employee to please hold. Than I was hung up on. Called back 5 times before someone decided to answer. I was than told only managers can give a refund when asked for the managers name they did not know it!! Horrible, spent my lunch break waiting, rather than eating. Only thing freaky fast about this location is the amount of negative reviews being piled up in a freaky fast manner.
I ordered a sandwich and it took almost 90 minutes to show up. After about an hour of waiting I called the store and some teenager picked up the phone and was unapologetic and sounded annoyed I even called. Said “we ran out of bread and had to make more, your order is out, bye.” Then hung up on me! This was a pathetic display of delivery and I thought their whole advertisement was there great delivery! Not the first time I’ve experienced issues with this location maybe they need to evaluate their employees.
Thank you for taking my money without delivering my food. There seems to be nothing in your system to address this issue. I didn’t receive an apology, and it appears that I can only speak to the manager regarding upper management on Monday. It's disappointing that your establishment seems to hire individuals in management positions who are unable to handle even a day’s work. Are they capable of managing? Frankly, I could run your restaurant better than the current team.

Out of the ten times I've ordered from this restaurant, I think my order has been correct only once. I ordered two subs, a drink, and a cookie, but they forgot the cookie and the straw for the drink. The subs weren't even cut properly, and parts of my order were missing. It's incredibly frustrating for me and my friend, as they consistently mess up even the simplest orders. It's hard to believe this place is still in business!
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The service was incredibly fast, and the food was absolutely delicious. I'm definitely planning to return! I initially chose this place because the Dearborn Heights location had unusual hours, and they didn't have their hours posted. When I asked about the hours at 10:35, the staff member didn’t even look up to acknowledge me. Overall, I’m glad I stopped by here!

order over an hour early for a 3 sandwich delivery. 20 minutes after delivery was due that the load did not go to the phone. I went there, they said it was delivered on time, then the next person said it was in delivery. bad service, bad reaction. not here

I had a frustrating experience with the staff at this restaurant. I waited over two hours for my delivery, and when I finally asked for an update, the workers were extremely rude. At this point, I'm not even sure if I'll receive my food.
Staff was really nice but the food wasnt too good. Just personal opinion. If you enjoy cold cuts you'll probally like this place
