Come to this location due to working in the area, and they can just never get it right!! Walked in today and ordered 2 subs, I am standing watching 3 people rotate on a sub where they are putting items in the sandwich I specifically requested not to. I was handed the bag knowingly it was wrong, and opened both subs that were wrong in front of the manager Courtney. Very frustrated she begin to make me 2 “new” subs very very quickly. Once I get back to work, one of the subs is still incorrect!!! I call her and speak to her and explain how they can NEVER get it right as I work in area and order all the time. She responds back with “why do you still come here then?” After 10 minutes on the phone...

This is BY FAR the worst Jimmy Johns i have ever been to! I am a huge fan of the franchise and understand that humans make mistakes however this location cant seem to get the orders right. Every time my co workers and i order from this location something is always wrong. The manager is extremely rude and doesn't care that the other employees there are messing up. something needs to be done and they need new management. DO NOT go to this location.

the personal is completely unprofessional and irresponsible. I commanded three who had arrived over an hour and commanded another who had never arrived. After we asked several times, we were told that the order would be delivered free of charge - it never came.

I get pickup prepaid orders pretty regularly and every order has been made fast, correct, and is ready and waiting for me. The employees have always greeted me as soon as I walk in, very friendly! What more could you want?

The absolute slowest Jimmy Johns I have ever ordered from. took over 2 hours every time to get our delivery. and whoever answers their phone needs to take a communication for adults class.

I wish I could give an evaluation of zero! I bought my personal lunch and it's in average about $10 a sandwich. each individual sandwich was 97% salate. the commands.

if I could give 0 stars, I would. there should be no reason for a delivery that is not even half a mile away to come to me for an hour. I'm trying to call.

store says it is open 1030 and it is now 10:46. bad time management they need to do better
