Oh boy! I forgot some of my order so I called and asked for my money back. A worker said they would credit my account. Fast forward I get a phone call five minutes later from the Jimmy Johns manager he did not leave me a name however he sounded very very young, proceeded to tell me no his driver did leave my entire order. I went back on my video camera to notice that he did not. I apologized to the manager saying sorry for the trouble however they did not and I can show you the camera. He told me no that’s fine and just hung up when I told him I had a camera. Probably wouldn’t call customers insinuating that they are liars. Shop somewhere else terrible customer service!
The staff at this restaurant were extremely rude and unprofessional. As I write this, it's been nearly two hours since I placed my order through the app. Although the app indicates that my order was delivered, it has not arrived. When I called the store, the employees spoke over me and shouted at one another before simply hanging up on me. I recommend saving your time and money by choosing a different restaurant.
Have to give a shout out to my favorite and definitely fastest Jimmy Johns ever! I love the veggie sandwich from there and for some reason my unsweetened ice tea is to die for! I don’t know how everything and everyone is so great at this location, but I am here for it . Thanks !
They completely messed up our order and ruined our dinner that we were looking forward to. The girl taking our order was on her own personal phone while taking the order so no wonder it got screwed up. Thanks for ruining my labor day weekend.

STALE BREAD!!!! Again!!!!! I’m truly disappointed that I can no longer order from this place. It’s just not worth the money. The bread is incredibly dry. This has happened the last three times, and I’ve had enough.
I've ordered veggie sandwiches from this location many times through the app, and I've never encountered any problems. The staff is always very friendly.
Had to go back after realizing was charged $84 for a veggie sandwich!! Employee must have added their own tip??
If you’re going to offer curbside maybe actually do curbside? If people use it there’s probably a reason.

Apple Pay never works. This is the third time I ordered and couldn't get it because there system is down.
