Jimmy John's - Reservar una mesa

We ordered a box of subs a day before we needed them from this location, 8pm pickup time before they closed at 9pm on a Friday. The location called around 4pm saying they were closing early due to staffing issues. My husband tried to call back to find out if they were able to cancel/refund the order or if they needed us to pick it up earlier and they hung up on him. We waited a few days since maybe it would drop off and not go through. It did get charged and it wasn't until WE called them (Wednesday at this point) that they told us we'd need to dispute the charge with our bank and they couldn't refund it. No time in 5 days had the location tried to contact us, and now we have to jump through...

I want to start off by saying the staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. How ever my gripe is with the menu and your lack of ability to heat a sandwich. I took one bite, wrapped my sandwich back up, and took it to a microwave. I understand people like this place, and to each there own, but Jimmy John's needs to try and catch up with Subway. Rant over.

The staff is great and the store manager Nicole treats all their customers as if they were family!!!! If you are not sure what you want, Nicole will ask you some questions about what you want and then suggest something for you to try. Absolutely amazing!!!! I love the beach club.

They had limited staff on Saturday and had to close early. I filed a web order and learned when I arrived at the store, I learned that they closed. They were very professional about the situation and made sure that I received a refund. Thank you for taking care of me.

Get the sandwiches out of our car because we had little kids. Very friendly, very courteous. Very recommended!
