The company I work for ordered food last week. We didn't receive our food after over an hour and a half. We called to check the status of the order and they stated they left it on the sidewalk? We went outside and it wasn't there. We called back and a new order was sent out. But again no human interaction? Called today to place an order. Put me on hold. Picked up again and I could hear everything in the background. I asked if someone was there and they proceeded to hang up on me. I called right back and they asked me if we were the ones who ordered last week? I stated yes. The gentleman on the phone responds and says we are not in their delivery route. This is the second time I've ordered delivery from this restaurant, and I will never order from here again. The first time it took an hour for our sandwiches to arrive, which I understood since they only had one driver. However, the second time, it took an hour and a half! To make matters worse, they instructed us to reorder, thinking it would speed things up. We were supposed to get two bags for our order since we ordered for three people, but we only received one. I've never been so disappointed with a sandwich shop, especially since it was my birthday.
I usually receive excellent service from Jimmy John's, but tonight was disappointing. I even increased my tip because of rising gas prices, yet the driver didn’t bother to ring my doorbell. By the time I got my order, all the ice in my drink had melted—who knows how long it had been sitting outside. Deliveries have been slower lately, so I didn’t check immediately. If this is the result of a higher tip, I won’t be tipping extra anymore. Since they didn’t answer their phone, I’m leaving this public review.
I visited Jimmy John's in the last two days and tried the Jalapeño Chicken Wrap and the Thai Chicken. I was drawn in by their commercial, but honestly, the food didn’t live up to expectations. If I’m ordering a Jalapeño Chicken Wrap, I expect some heat and spice, but there was none. The Thai Chicken wrap was similar—just a faint hint of Thai flavor. That said, I did enjoy the slight crunch in the wrap. Not sure if I’ll be back anytime soon, though.

They were quite busy preparing some pick up orders, including 4 boxes of sandwiches for a single order. Nonetheless, they prepared my sub in good time and I was on my way in a few minutes.They still have the best bread of any subshop I know. Just as importantly, the mayonnaise tastes just like the mayonnaise I use at home, much better than the glue flavored stuff found at some other places.I have no complaints.
If incoukd give 0 stars i would.. ordered delivery, never had problems before. Called to check understood they only had 1 driver available.. finally got my food and hour later, only for it to be COMPLETELY WRONG. Called the store, ok we'll refund you no questions asked.. no sorry no apology, nothing.. just someone else's order that I don't plan to eat..
After 1.5hr wait for my delivery the driver forgot my drink. I called to see if they could bring it back or give me a refund the manager promised the driver would be back with my drink. I never got the drink or refund. NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!
Like many others, I waited well over an hour to get my sandwich—absolutely terrible. Buyer beware: this location is awful. We love Jimmy John's, just not this one. If you want your sandwich in a reasonable time, go somewhere else.

Good sub. I am a JJ fan and this place makes them as good as any other location. Usually order in the app for pickup and sandwiches are ready when we get there. Step inside, reach over and grab our take out bag and leave. Thanks!
Love this location. Super quick and the only time they forgot something they corrected it immediately. Their sandwiches are consistent and delicious. Highly recommend!
