The food at this restaurant is consistently good, and I usually opt for delivery, which has always gone smoothly. However, during my last two visits to the Champlin location for dine-in, I had a less than pleasant experience with a taller man who had sideburns and an attempt at a beard making my sandwich. When I asked for his name to acknowledge him in my review, he refused to share it and seemed uncomfortable.

I placed an order for pickup and paid over the phone. When I arrived to collect my order, the manager claimed that it had already been picked up by someone else, which was not true. When I called to discuss the situation, they told me that another customer had taken my food and offered to remake it if I came back. I questioned why this couldn't be done while I was there, and eventually requested a refund. They processed my refund, but now they are being unprofessional when I call. I work near this restaurant and usually choose it for a quick lunch or to pick up catering for client meetings. The staff is very friendly. However, during my most recent visit, I was charged an extra 49 cents for a cup to drink water. Since I don't drink soda, this was disappointing. They did offer a snow cone cup as an alternative, but it's difficult to set down on a table due to its cone shape. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit to this location.

I really should have looked at the reviews before placing my delivery order. I just called the restaurant because it's been an hour since I ordered, and the food still hasn't left the store. Apparently, they only have one driver, which seems to be a recurring problem at this location. It would have been great to have been informed about this on the app or through other communication. This will definitely be my last order from this restaurant.
They were quite busy preparing some pick up orders, including 4 boxes of sandwiches for a single order. Nonetheless, they prepared my sub in good time and I was on my way in a few minutes.They still have the best bread of any subshop I know. Just as importantly, the mayonnaise tastes just like the mayonnaise I use at home, much better than the glue flavored stuff found at some other places.I have no complaints.
I often order from this restaurant for my work lunches. The food is always tasty, but the delivery tends to take longer than at other Jimmy John's locations. On the bright side, if you opt for pickup, your order is usually ready in no time. I suspect the delays might be due to staffing challenges.
After 1.5hr wait for my delivery the driver forgot my drink. I called to see if they could bring it back or give me a refund the manager promised the driver would be back with my drink. I never got the drink or refund. NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!

Good sub. I am a JJ fan and this place makes them as good as any other location. Usually order in the app for pickup and sandwiches are ready when we get there. Step inside, reach over and grab our take out bag and leave. Thanks!
I overlook three other Jimmy John's locations because this one is my favorite.
