I ordered a number 5 and had a very specific order(ez salami, no cap, ez oregano, ez sauce, no lettuce or tomoato add Dijon). The first day they missed the Dijon completely and called back told them there was no Dijon and we exchanged the sandwich no biggie. Next day there is little to no dijon(I order the same every time) and I call and tell them the issue and the lady made it seem difficult so I said “I will order a whole new one because I want to add a cookie” and she tells me they’d rather not so she agrees to send the sandwich in exchange. They are always fast when I order delivery and I have never had them get my order wrong. My only complaint is with the price and how they assemble their subs.I don 't like that they put the mayo on the bun, and then add the meat or the cheese on top of it. Everytime you take a bite, everything slides out the end.. the mayo should be put on last -on top of the lettuce, or on first but then followed up with lettuce. This would prevent the JJ slide out.Also, prices are getting so ridiculous! I ordered a Little John and added bacon cheese. That 's the tiny 6.5 sub (but also only about 1.5 wide). It was $12!? I was hungry an hour later!
Less than 2 miles from 2 locations and neither will allow my address for delivery. It's a major apartment and residential neighborhood less than 2 miles. Wow JJ's horrible service if you can't delivery within 2 miles. Seems suspect. Maybe whoever manages the GPS locations for delivery maps or whatever that job would be needs to be replaced.
I really like the wraps, in particular the Jalapeño Chicken Wrap. The bread on the sub sandwiches is good, but when ya don't want so much bread, a wrap is a good option.

I ordered two bags of chips but only received one, and there was no straightforward way to get a refund. Additionally, I didn't receive a straw.
Charging ten dollars for a sandwich that's mostly bread and lettuce is just ridiculous. The sandwiches lack substance these days.
The manager at this place is horrible customer service they are a rotten person and they do not do their job correctly
