The food here is fantastic, and the atmosphere is pleasantly quiet! Many people place too much emphasis on having a 10/10 service experience. Initially, I was taken aback when I walked into a JJ without being greeted by a shower of smiles and chatter, but once I took a bite of my sandwich, I realized it was among the best I’ve had from any of their locations. This place is disgusting, last week i went there to order a sub and the workers were so rude i was trying to order and kept getting glared at by all of the workers. the music they play is indecent horrifying and gross, its so loud I could barely hear my own thoughts. it smells terrible and there are tiny bugs flying around everywhere. The bathroom wasn't clean and last but not least my sub was dry and made very sloppy. I wish i can give 0 stars don't eat here the workers don't care about their jobs and are nasty to customers.
I received the wrong order, and when I kindly requested a remake, the bartender made me wait until he finished with the customers in line before addressing my issue. It’s really frustrating to try to be polite to the staff only to be treated rudely without any reason.

Not so fast, Jimmy John's. It seems to take a long time to get your sandwich, whether it's busy or not. There were 10 people waiting for their sandwiches, with only 2 people making them. Nobody appeared to be in a rush to get the orders out.
I enjoy the delicious sandwiches at Jimmy John's and usually find their service to be incredibly fast. However, over the past few months, the service at this location has been quite poor and noticeably slow. I hope they can improve soon.

This is the best restaurant! The staff is friendly, the food is delicious and served quickly, and they always have great music playing.
