I order the delivery and I have a text that says: This is the jimmy johns delivery manager I can't have left my supplier who eat with a tip? So whatever my fathers sugar was extremely low and I needed to get a good meal in him, so I changed it to a 20% tip as soon as I got my father in better condition I started thinking about and how wrong that sounded, so I called the manager and asked if he told me that. He then informed me that it was his supplier who had written me because he (the manager) would not write anyone. The manager took my tip from my meal, but personally I think something else should be done. If the supplier did this to me, how many other people did it?
The food quality is disappointing. I ordered two sandwiches, one for my 3-year-old, and it was inedible. The bread was hard as a rock, and the vegetables were both rotten and sparse. There were just two tiny rotten tomatoes and some brown lettuce. The location on 280 focuses more on quality ingredients, so I recommend visiting that one instead!
Although I'm currently out of town, I have visited this restaurant several times and have consistently found it disappointing. Each time, I've requested extra toppings such as guacamole, lettuce, and cucumbers on my sandwich, but it always ends up lacking in flavor and variety. I feel like I'm not getting my money's worth.
The worst customer service. I will not be going back to this location. Recommendation- if the drive is not functioning, notify the customers instead of letting the cars line up. Drive around to the window and the tall man in the glasses acted like I was invisible. He gave me attitude when I asked if they were open.

I work at Jimmy John's but no one asked me to post this. The sandwiches here are just great. All of the meats and veggies except the bacon and avocado really are sliced fresh daily, and all of the condiments are high quality brands like Hellmuth's. It's a bit pricey but worth every penny!
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The bread was absolutely delicious, and I really loved it. However, I was a bit disappointed that there were no hot sandwiches available on the menu.
Nice ppl ,very clean, sandwich bigger and better then Subway. But they are more expensive than Subway.
