A couple of thingsWalked in and they are blasting death metal. Now, I like metal as much as anyone but not at a restaurant. Wasn't greeted either. Nor a thank you for coming in as I left. They really seemed like they weren't happy to be at work. Next, they were out of whole pickles. How is JJ out of whole pickles on a Saturday. The chips were not very fresh. Paul date wasn't until September 4, but they just didn't taste fresh. Not the first time Jimmy John's chips have been less than stellar. Maybe it's just who makes them. My experience at this store is amazing every time. The staff has it together. They are on top of it all the time. They have great customer service and always friendly. They make me feel like I'm at home when I come in. They know me by name and everyoneof them always call me by my name when saying hello or even goodbye, they are truly an amazing group of employees. By the timeI'm done paying for my meal they have already made it bagged it and are handing it to me. Talk about great service , I can't sayenough. This is the best sandwich shop around. Thank guys.
On Saturday afternoon, I stopped by for a quick sandwich, only to find out they were out of bread! I was told I would have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for more. To top it off, they asked if I wanted to leave a tip! For a sandwich shop whose sole focus is making sandwiches, being out of bread seems like a serious issue. Shouldn't that mean they're out of business?

My wife and I visited Jimmy John's and once again fell in love with their sandwiches. The restaurant was clean and well-kept. The staff was professional and very polite. I highly recommend it if you're looking for quality food. It was so good that I even ordered a chicken sandwich to go. Great job, everyone! Keep it up!
Jimmy John's offers delicious, fresh sandwiches with speedy service and exceptional customer care. I’m a big fan of their Italian Night Club sandwich—the bread and ingredients are always fresh and flavorful. I definitely recommend eating here.
I had an excellent experience today at Jimmy John's. Natalie helped me with my order, and by the time I sat down, my sandwich was already ready. As a senior citizen, I truly value great customer service, and it was clearly evident today!
The decor at Jimmy John's is impressive, making the place look fantastic. The food is quite good as well, and my order was ready in just about 30 seconds. I highly recommend it!
