Comforting, inviting, relaxing, friendly. : They let me list off the ingredients I want in my ramen to get it as vegan as possible; no complaints!! Online or phone orders are also a breeze. Curbside pickup is impeccable and right at the door! You won’t be disappointed! Vegetarian options: Some items are listed as veggie, but would be nice to see the callouts for vegetarian and vegan. They do let you customize your ingredients if you need to. Parking: Huge lot that always has availability. Can drop off those who might need accessibility assistance. I met Jimmy today and have to say that it was a super great encounter that I had. He's so passionate about his restaurant and the quality of service and the quality of his food and it definitely shows. The portions are very generous. The food is the best Thai food I've ever had. The owner actually gave me a hug when I told him how great his establishment was. It was the second time we got takeout from here. The first being for my moms birthday, which he made extra enjoyable with all the delicious food. Highly recommend the pad thai and the panang noodles. Ask Jimmy how he prefers the panang noodle bowl and you wont regret it. I hope to encounter more kind people like him in my life. 10/10

We have been ordering from Jimmy Thai now for a few years. This is probably the BEST Thai food in the entire Chicagoland area. Including the city. The food is always consistent, with great flavor, and the portions are big. We have never had a bad experience and the owner, as well as the entire staff, are super friendly and truly go out of there way to provide excellent service. They are a must try on the North Shore and we are so happy to have such a great restaurant in our community!

This place is amazing, their customer service is always on point and super attentive, they always make sure you have what you need. The food is always hot and extremely quick, definitely have their lunch special. if you have a short lunch and need a quick bite this place always delivers when you need it. 10/10 highly recommended! also try their Thai Iced Tea!

This is so so good! Filling and tasty. Did dine in with a friend. love how flexible each of the offerings are, what to include what to exclude. I had soup, but I'm not remembering which one, and shrimp pad thai, which I devoured. So glad to have this in the area. Fast and friendly service- we were served with a smile within 5 minutes of ordering! My mom had a birthday, and without prompting, our server brought us a free dish of the most delicious mango ice cream, complete with spoons for the whole family!
