I asked if they had an option to substitute the rice and potato’s from the meal, as the listed meal comes with “meat, salad, rice potatoes.” they suggested i just get the meat and salad. Despite the fact that i wouldn’t be getting anything extra (meat,salad) , and after i tried to communicate this issue to them, they said either pay for it or don’t. I paid full price for a meal with only half the contents. What a joke. Mind you, this is a food court location so no one will care about this whatsoever.But maybe their rating being laughable will encourage the mall to make a change. What a joke
Terrible experience! The unfriendly employee carelessly dumped a white dressing (not tzatziki) on my salad without even asking me. An authentic Greek salad typically includes chunks or slices of feta cheese, but what I received was just a sprinkle of what I can only assume was supposed to be feta. We also ordered a spanakopita, but when we unrolled it, we struggled to find any spinach or feta inside. It was mostly just soggy phyllo dough. I won't be returning, and I certainly won't recommend this place to anyone.
The food is delicious and upholds the Jimmy Greek standard, but I'm giving a two-star review because they charge extra for feta cheese on the chicken souvlaki. It's $1.50 for just a sprinkle of feta. I can understand extra charges for sides, but this seems unreasonable. Feta cheese is included with other dishes, so it's confusing why they only apply this charge to the chicken souvlaki pita. I can't recommend this place!
Taste of food is great. Maintains the Jimmy Greek standard but I am leaving a 2 star review because they want to charge extre for Feta cheese on a chicken soulvaki. $1.50 for a sprinkle of Feta cheese. I understand charging extra for sides, but this is ridiculous. Feta cheese is added as an included item on other dishes why is Jimmy Greek using this approach jst on the chicken soulvaki pita. We had Jimmy the Greek cater our shop of 20 employees lunch in on Wednesday and they knocked it out of the park from the day we placed the order to picking it up the owners were awesome to deal with, the food was hot and delicious and the portions are very generous. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our chicken souvlaki dinner. It was so delicious that we ended up returning the next day for the same meal. I really wish we had a place like this in our area of Windsor, Essex County!
The worst service, cashier really bad vibes, another girl serving who really don’t want to help you at any point.. I do not recommend this place under any circumstances, so much better to be hungry than eat here

Food I got was delicious but they forgot a few parts of the plater. Service was mediocre although I understand we all have days that are harder. Would still go back for a do over
