"Pretty traditional place, the food was amazing, exactly what I wanted. The location and atmosphere is nothing fancy, but the food it's totally worth it. Big plates and tasty food! Would definitely recommend their meatballs and vodka sauce pasta!"

I love Jimmy’s Italian and have been coming here for years. Old School Italian a bit pricy but, priced for value since the portions are large. I rarely can not finish my meal but I always take a portion of my meal home from Jimmy’s. They have home made desserts also. The only reason I didn’t give Jimmy’s 5 stars is because our waitress acted aloof like she was doing us a favor by serving us. Another waitress that was not serving us must of recognized this and was very helpful. Valet parking a nice touch also. I will be back!!!!!

It locates in a not so great neighborhood. The restaurant setup was a bit odd as well but it can accommodate a lot of customer. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. All entres came with salad, which was fresh and tasty. We had fried calamari’s, Zuppa di pesce, and salmon with lemon sauce. The portions of food were huge! The calamari’s came with hot and regular sauces. The zuppa came with plenty of seafood. All of them were delicious but nothing super. The pistachio cake was wonderful!

Wonderful Italian food made like you are in Italy. Service is fantastic The fish dishes are alway fresh and my favorites Don’t miss this Italian favorite. It is like Casa Dante was in jersey city! This is one of the last truly great Italian restaurants. All the others don’t measure up

Even though I told the waitress that I needed to eat gluten free or I’ll get sick, I was served scallops that weren’t gluten free. We eat out a lot and this is the first time the wait staff and kitchen staff didn’t take care of me properly. This is not. Celiac friendly restaurant.
