I managed to find Jin Ding and figured I would pitch it as a lunch date since she always complains about there being fewer and fewer nice old school sit down Chinese restaurants. Let me make one thing clear. I used to love this restaurant and would have given it 5 stars. Evidently it's under new management again and they decided to take my favorite dish off the menu the stuffed chili pepper, They still have stuffed eggplant. They said they didn't sell enough. How much money, will they save on hot chili peppers They also discontinued their thin wontons in their soup They decided to have the thick ones like every other Chinese restaurant and I will now go back to Sang Kee where they have both of those items on the menu. I have called up to speak to management about this issue to no avail. We used to order from them 3 or 4 times a month now we are boycotting it.
The food was excellent and the service was amazing. We were in town for our daughter's graduation and ate at this restaurant on two consecutive nights. The entire wait staff was incredibly attentive and provided a level of service and care that is rare to find nowadays. We will definitely be returning every time we are in the area. Every dish we ordered for our party of five over the two nights was wonderful, including Thai chicken, chicken with mixed vegetables, General Tso's chicken, sweet and sour chicken, chicken lo mein, and one other dish that I can't remember the name of. All of them were great!
The BEST Chinese food I have ever tasted!! Appetizers: Egg rolls, spring rolls and shao mai. Dinner entrees: chicken with cashew nut, general Tao's chicken, braised beef with green onion and a chef special that consisted of shrimp, muscles in a spicy ginger sauce with thin noodles to die for.....AND dessert favorites. In addition, excellent service. I will be coming back many times

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, whether dining in or taking out. Everything was spotless and the service was very efficient. Our favorite dish was the dynamite chicken, which had just the right amount of spice and generous portions. We ended up with plenty of leftovers to enjoy later.
I absolutely love the food at this restaurant. It is by far the best quality I have found. The service is top-notch and the atmosphere is not as noisy as other Asian restaurants in the area. I highly recommend dining in for dinner. The price per person typically ranges from $20 to $30.
I remember when this place was under the name Yangming . I used to go all the time for family birthday dinners. It has a different owner now, but the food is just as good as I remember. I always go for the spring rolls and fried rice.

The restaurant was clean and pleasant, but the Chinese food was not as authentic as I had hoped. The service was very good and the food arrived promptly. It was a shame that it wasn't more authentic.
Very nice interior, attentive waiter and food was delicious. We will definitely be back!
