Jinkys Cafe - Reservar una mesa

I was pleasantly surprised to find a vegan menu at this restaurant! I tried the Viva Las Vegan, a delicious tofu scramble with rice. The Tater Tots on the side were a perfect balance of indulgence. I hope they continue to expand their vegan options, as their regular menu is already extensive. It's clear they have the talent to create even more delicious dishes.

did not expect any side vegan menu! I had the viva las vegan, who is in the grunde a tofu with rice. was really good. dider dead balanced from the plate. a side good one side bad. they loved them as a periodic deceit. Hopefully they will expand their vegan menu. their regular menu is quite large so they have the ability to offer more.

I ordered two sliders with fries for $3 each. It took 30 minutes to receive my food. The slider patties were very dry and lacked sauce, with an excessive amount of fresh onions. The fries were good, though. The restaurant manager was friendly. I suggest improving the patties to make them juicier.

I wish they offered JUST EGG, but the service was fast and the food was amazing. Highly recommend! I ordered the Santa Fe scramble with tofu.
