The SPA is very pleasant too. Bravo for your table and chef Jean-François Vasseur for this exceptional finesse, flavor, texture of the tables to taste). Thanks for this exceptional service with a present and professional team. And without forgetting the passionate sommelier: an inexhaustible guide and the best tips. excellent stay. 3 nights in luxury and half board rooms. attentive staff, always at your service. sauna, jacuzzi, steam included in the room price. clean impeccable establishment. 30 minutes drive from the center of the knee. situation in exceptional greenery. I'm intolerant to gluten celiac disease) and the whole restoration team has taken into account my stress and it's perfectly adapted. special mention to the breakfast team and its sense of service. I rarely had a good breakfast. thanks to the pastry chef for his delicious cakes and our hostess for his sense of detail and service.
We've had a spa day with my daughter. The place is beautiful with incredible views and the reception very well. We were able to enjoy the sauna, hamam, relaxing before our treatment. Care was okay, not exceptional but we had a good time. Unfortunately I had an allergic reaction to one of their products. It can happen, but to find qqn who answers my questions. No way. Finally after calling several times, writing qqn emails answered me but without really answering. I don’t know yet that there is in scrub products to know the cause of this reaction. Too bad.
We spent a great weekend in the Jiva Hill, an awakened dream! Thanks to each staff member for their kindness and each of their attentions that made this stay a moment out of time. The dishes tasted at the restaurant the Jiva were divine and the view of the breathtaking room. Thanks for making us feel so privileged. This establishment is largely up to its 5 stars. An incredible and unforgettable weekend for our 1 year wedding at the Jiva Hill Resort. A great thank you to Mr. MERCIER for his kindness and to all the staff who were at little care and always very pleasant. The place is EXCEPTIONAL, the facilities and rooms are modern. The frame is also very soothing. This place is perfect for a relaxing weekend, we recommend. See you soon!
