I've ordered the family meal multiple times through DoorDash, and the food is always excellent. The BBQ beef is thinly sliced, tender, and full of flavor. The fried Island white fish is cooked to perfection, with a crispy exterior and moist interior. The galbi ribs have a nice sweetness and are very tasty. The chicken katsu is crispy and packed with flavor, made with chicken thigh meat, so it stays juicy rather than dry. The family meal includes rice and macaroni salad, providing enough food for six people. It's a fantastic value! Even with delivery, the fried items remain crispy and warm.
I recently ordered two family meals for a group of six friends, and I was quite disappointed. There was no broccoli in the dishes, and the pork was mostly just cabbage. The fish and everything else were overcooked and overly fried. There was an abundance of rice, but that didn’t make up for the lack of flavor. I handed the server a $20 tip as I was leaving, before seeing my food, but she didn’t acknowledge it with a thank you and instead pointed to the tip jar where I should have placed it. Overall, it was just a lot of fried food without much taste.
Everything was absolutely delicious! I wholeheartedly recommend the white fish—it's crispy, well-seasoned, and they serve it with tartar sauce. The curry chicken has a nice ginger flavor and includes carrots as well. I would definitely order that again. The teriyaki chicken is also quite tasty. The mac salad has tuna mixed in, just like in authentic Hawaiian style. I really wish I could have ordered extra steamed cabbage; it’s cooked to perfection. They also included soy sauce and sriracha packets with the order. Everything was scrumptious!
Don't let the 4 stars fool you, cos it definitely fooled me. We ordered the spam musubi, chicken katsu and aloha bbq mix. They definitely use some off brand spam, the taste is clearly not the same.Mac is WHACK. No flavor, no salt, overcooked macaroni. Had to add extra salt to taste something. Chicken katsu was the only thing we liked, only reason for the 1 star.Bbq mix was also not good. No char, meat was pale, tasted no flavor. Couldn't even finish it. Not a 4 star experience.

The kalua pork was bland, and the entire plate was drenched in excess grease. The macaroni salad consisted of just pasta with mayonnaise. Any true Hawaiian would be embarrassed to see this restaurant claim to serve Hawaiian BBQ. I wouldn't recommend eating here unless you want to waste $20.
The family meal offers exceptional value. With three protein options, there's something to please everyone. We particularly enjoy the BBQ beef, crispy breaded chicken cutlets, and fish.
I haven't been inside the restaurant, but I've ordered from here through DoorDash a few times. The food is really delicious, and I appreciate that the chicken is never overcooked!
The macaroni salad was excessively sweet and contained unidentifiable chunks of meat. The rice was burnt, and the vegetables were tasteless. However, the proteins were excellent.

Chicken Katsu is good. Sauce was light. Would prefer if it was thicker but would go back when I'm craving Hawaiian bbq and will try other dishes like bbq beef or bbq chicken
