The customer service was excellent. Although I didn't have the opportunity to visit the restaurant and experience the atmosphere, I placed my order through a third-party app. I called to ask a few general questions, and the woman I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and really satisfied my cravings (being of Caribbean descent and pregnant, I was really in the mood for it). However, I was quite disappointed to find a fingernail mixed in with my rice and curry sauce. I know it wasn't from me, as I have natural nails and wear acrylics. I genuinely want to give them another chance, but I'm hesitant after this experience.
The Food is great, well seasoned and the meat is never undercooked and tough like a lot of other places that I tried. I also love the fact that you get enough food in your order. The service is great and quick. And the setting is nice and always clean. I ordered the small oxtail and small brown stew chicken, the description says it comes with steam cabbage but I did not get any cabbage on either plate, just lots of rice and peas with a small amount of meat. The flavor was not good, the brown stew chicken was very dry. The patties good. I was very disappointed with this food.
The food is great. I love the owner, if she doesn’t have any more of what you would like, no matter what you would still leave being a happy satisfied customer. I would recommend JJ’s Caribbean Restaurant for catering any and all Events. The food is not only great but all of the employee are very nice and professional.

JJ 's Caribbean restaurant is one of 2 Jamaica restaurants in Poinciana. Their food is well flavored, served hot, and always with a smile. The owners Brenill Tio are always visible taking care of their customers, always with a welcoming smile. I definitely recommend everyone to give them your taste bud for great food!
This is the best Jamaican food I've had since New York, and it's been 10 years! This place has brightened my day not just once, but twice—I had to come back for more. The food is incredibly tasty; the beef patty hits the spot right from the first bite, and my stomach was absolutely delighted.
Coming from a yaad chef this was amazing! The rice and peas was cooked to perfection, she had ackee and saltfish on the menu today and it was exceptional. Customer service was 10/10; the entire experience was incredible, would definitely recommend if you’re in
