This restaurant has always been our favorite spot when visiting family in the Montville area, and today was no exception! The staff were fantastic, and the food is delicious at a very reasonable price. Just a heads up: if you order online through the Slice app, the prices are a bit higher. I prefer to support the restaurant directly, but the convenience of online ordering is nice. We usually choose pickup, although delivery is also an option. My family eagerly anticipates their food every time!
I called to order a large chicken vodka pizza and a small cheese pizza, both of which are on their menu. However, the person on the phone didn’t understand what a chicken vodka pizza was. I ended up canceling the order and went to the restaurant in person to show them the menu item. The staff wrote it down after seeing it. In the end, we received a vodka cheese pizza, which they labeled as vegetarian. I recommend avoiding the chicken vodka pizza altogether.
If you're a person of color, I'd recommend avoiding this restaurant. My wife and I experienced a negative vibe when we visited for pizza. The staff were unfriendly and seemed disapproving of our presence. My wife almost placed an order, but then we saw one of the employees rub his nose and then handle the pizza with his bare hands, without any gloves. We decided not to stay.
Cheese pizza is truly delicious, even better than in Italy! I will definitely visit every time I come back to the United States. The price is still amazingly cheap. The benches with the chairs are very tight for large people, and the food lacks a lot of human seasoning, poor spaghetti and chicken parmesan and absolutely nothing tasted fresh, all the seasonings were commercially prepared.Very spectacular attention, warm, friendly, excellent...!
The slice was a generous size and high quality. I had the pepperoni pizza and the meat lovers, both of which were excellent choices. The staff was very friendly and even brought my order to my car, which I thought was a nice touch.
Pizza was outstanding! The crust is crunchy and thin, but not overcooked. The ingredients are fresh. Would totally recommend to anyone looking for an amazing pizza place! Reserva una mesa ahora
It is just as I remembered. The last time I was there before fire this week was probably around 1990. There are always people there and the service is great.
