We were supposed to spend 5 days in Vancouver and stayed three weeks as my wife got hospitalized in Vancouver the day before our departure. I looked at a restaurant near the hospital, as I spent all day in the hospital with a break at lunch time. While walking, I stepped on Joey terrace and find it would be a good place to have a lunch break (5 minutes walking from the hospital . Although I had lunch every single day for 10 days, I have always had a very nice experience. Although waitresses change everyday (almost , the welcome is always smiling and friendly. Woke up feeling like a deflated balloon physically and emotionally. So I went out for lunch to treat myself a fancy delicious paella at Joey's. It's very flavorful with decent amount of chicken, chorizo and prawns, not overly salty. Texture of rice is just right, and the crispy crunchy rice at the bottom of the pan gives the dish an extra oomph. When I asked for the bill, the server insisted lunch is on him! I asked why, and he just gave me a very friendly smile. What a pleasant surprise that brightens up my day! Thank you Brad (I believe that's my server's name) at Joey's on Burrard!
Concierge at the Sutton Place hotel recommended this restaurant for a casual lunch on the day we arrived. Located across the street from the hotel it was very convenient. Nice outdoor seating to enjoy the weather. Our server was prompt friendly and knew the menu. We shared the ahi tuna club, it came perfectly cooked and was very tasty. Plenty for two. Afterwards discovered JOEY is a chain so if we find ourselves in other locations with a JOEY we will partake.
We stopped by JOEY Burrard for reasons and no reasons. The last time We were seated on the patio right away.We ordered sushi and steak which is my favorite,a lettuce wrap with Chicken. The Steak was pretty good.So was the lettuce wrap was tasty as well.Service was amazing. I wish I had asked our server’s name. He was attentive, helpful and professional.

Absolutely wonderful place to eat! Our dinner was perfect! The server was very handsome and absolutely give us more attention , don't know why, but customer service was the best and greatest! Had to wait about 20 minutes but the waitress kept coming back asking if we were okay, absolutely stunning and outstanding service
Loved the complimentary champagne. Excellent house made veggie burgers-packed with nuts, beans etc (perf), highly recommended- perhaps one of the best in the city. Cobb salad was recommended by my partner. Drinks and service were great. Beautiful atmosphere ?
Dined with friends for a casual, post-work dinner. The food was hot, delicious and quick. Food allergies were easily accommodated. Our server Cam W was wonderfully friendly, attentive evident that he enjoys what he does. Thank you for a lovely experience!
I've had these particular dishes many times at Joey, but not at this location. The food was perfectly executed, perhaps the best iteration of them I've had. Service was polite and professional. Overall great experience!

5/5 Cam W was amazing!!! We dined before going out to see Barbie and he was so attractive, nice and efficient. Highly recommend him!
