This place has great pizza however; since the new management the service has gone drastically downhill. We had a house full of people over for dinner so we ordered 4 pizzas through their website. After an hour and half and not getting any updates I called to see what the problem was. The lady who answered the phone said she didn’t know why the order was not put thru and took my order over the phone said I would have my order in 30 mins. After the time went by the same lady said they “forgot” to cook one of my pizzas! I told her to just get me what they do have and refund the rest. Ok 20 more mins!!! Finally after ANOTHER 35 mins the delivery driver showed up with all 4 pizzas. Needless to sa...

Went in here to get myself a pizza to celebrate graduating high school, and I was blown away by what they serve here. The pizza is phenomenal, the cheese is gooey, the crust is thin and chewy, the toppings are full of flavor, the pizza wasn 't burned at all, it 's all amazing. The new owner was nice, chill, and wonderful to talk to. Atmosphere of the place was great, felt like I was eating lunch at home. I highly recommend if you 're looking for good, greasy (but not too greasy) pizza. The prices are pretty good for the food 's quality, I paid 21 bucks with an extra 2 bucks from tax for a small pizza, and the small size was more like a medium at a chain pizza place. Will definitely be coming...

I calmly called the restaurant to alert them that my order was incorrect. The lady I spoke with started to spass out and completely refuse accountability for the wrong order. She had the nerve to curse me then hung up on me. Just overall poor customer negligence. I asked for management and she mentioned he's not here. Then mentioned that he will back her up. Just absolutely disappointing after being a loyal customer for quite sometime. I would go for a half of star if it was possible ‍

I was hearing all these crazy things about this place called Joeysso I decided to go down there and see for myself what a fun little place the girl that's taking orders with the crazy colored hair little bit rough around the edges but harmless it's an old Victorian home there's a bar underneath and a pizza joint above it's a cool little place you want to have some old School pizza and old style building go to Joey's they're the best thanks Joey Reserva una mesa ahora

I hope the food is really good because there are always wait times of like 15-25mins. Been here 3 times and dread it for that reason. The workers always seem way busier than they can handle and usually have high strung attitudes when just telling them who you are picking up for

Customer service was awful. Was waiting on a DoorDash order for 20 min just for them to tell me to cancel because employee with blue hair messed up the order than proceeded to have attitude towards me. She looks like she hates her job.

The staff at Joey’s is delightful, as is their pizza. They’re a wonderful local business, a welcome part of the neighborhood. You should definitely check them out if you haven’t already. They do not disappoint. :
