Slow. I had three people in front of me and in line for 20 min. One of the workers dropped my fries on the counter, picked them up and put them back on my plate. The one that took my order took someone in front of me. And there were seriously like six workers there and yet, I was in line for almost a half an hour for two orders of chicken tenders, a soda, and a milkshake. While I was waiting for my food to come to the counter, there was a manager there with two other employees, and she was teaching them how to wash their hands properly. For a soda, chicken fingers, and cheese fries, we ended up paying $22, which felt outrageous. The fries were lukewarm, as if they had been sitting out since lunchtime, the cheese tasted like that processed nacho cheese from a can, and they charged over $2 extra for a tiny portion of fries. The chicken fingers were just okay, but also barely warm.
Less than an hour later, both my daughter and I felt unwell with stomachaches, and I’ll spare you the unpleasant details of our experience. I have allergies and the cashier was nice to ask for accommodations but the kitchen would not allow any changes. Their other branches have always been attentive and helpful, but I was forced to just have fries for lunch, which tasted undercooked, too ripe, and like a salt lick. I would sooner eat grass than return to this establishment. What a tarnished depiction of the Johnny Rockets name.
I went to splish splash yesterday and I had Johnny rockets I had the smokehouse single I had a stomach ace after I ate it no big deal. Then when I get home I pucked up the RAW pink burger. That's right I had food poisoning I was up till 2 in the morning pucking my brains out. Next time I'll bring my own lunch instead of getting an expensive food poisoned burger at Johnny rockets.

We usually love Johnny Rockets, so we were happy when we went to Splish Splash in Riverhead, and decided to eat at the one at their water park . We we very disappointed. The food was way over priced and greasy and there were very few options and nothing really for young children . We should have went to the food court. Much better options and prices. This restaurant is staffed by underpaid college students, so be prepared to wait about 30 to 35 minutes for your order. It’s surprising that they can’t manage to prepare chicken tenders and fries more quickly. Overall, this is the worst service I’ve experienced anywhere.
I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this restaurant. The staff member I interacted with was unprofessional and had a rude attitude. Each time I tried to place my order, she seemed to misunderstand me. I would not recommend this place.
