We were staying at the hotel right around the corner and were looking for something that didn 't come out of a Sysco warehouse (not that there is anything wrong with that). We gave Siu 's a try ordering the sashimi and sushi deluxe combo. When we got back to our hotel I was shocked to find the fish was ice cold. I started to put it into the microwave to cook it when my wife suddenly yelled what the heck are you doing? I said I was going to cook the fish, they left it raw. You dumb hick she said, it 's supposed to be raw . I said, you 've gotta be kidding, who eats fish raw except for sharks and killer whales? If I could give less than one star, I would. This was the worst meal I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I rarely complain or write reviews unless they’re positive, but this experience must be shared: the food was completely inedible. Key ingredients were missing or wrong, and everything tasted awful. The preparation was clearly lacking. Every dish had a strange, unpleasant flavor, like dirty sink water. I ordered Singapore noodles, pork fried rice, spicy tofu, satay chicken, steamed dumplings, and Szechuan string beans—and every dish tasted exactly the same. It was bizarre and disgusting. To top it off, I ordered inari sushi and received only the tofu skins soaked in vinegar, with no sushi rice...
Had lunch here today and I 'm being generous with 2 stars because the lady inside was very nice. For $18 (includes tip , I had hot and sour soup (perhaps the most uninspired hot and sour soup I 've ever tasted. The only ingredient that gave it any distinct taste was the red pepper flakes ; egg roll (your typical frozen take out egg roll ; fried rice (literally, the only ingredient was rice. No egg or vegetables : and Triple Delight (which was the opposite of delight. The only note the generic brown sauce has was sour . The portion size was about 4 tablespoons of delight. What ever happened to owners taking pride in their products? This was barely an effort and total waste of money.
The customer service was fast and the waiter was friendly. The seating is not ideal for dine-in and unless you must or you have limited time. The sushi(cucumber, avocado) and (sweet potatoe) had potential, but it was dry and I couldn 't get into it, because they don 't have yum yum sauce....I asked them if they had it prior to ordering and was told yes but the waiter brought over what she called spicy mayo . I didn 't like it and it tasted tart and foul. I won 't be back.

The sushi rolls at Siu's Asian Bistro are quite good, which is why I gave it 4 stars. However, the atmosphere was really unpleasant. From the moment I arrived at 2 PM until I left an hour later, there was constant shouting. Employees on their lunch break were loudly yelling at each other in Korean. They even put the takeout orders on speakerphone, which escalated into a shouting match with obscenities. Because of this disruptive environment, I won't be returning.
The food was outstanding, and the staff was very welcoming. The cozy dining area was straightforward and tidy, contributing to a nice ambiance. While the pork and vegetable wontons were slightly overcooked and had less filling than I had anticipated, the specialty sushi rolls, tofu General Tso, and spring rolls were all excellent and provided great value for the price.
Ordered hunan veggies and it was not tasty at all. It tasted like vinegar. The veggies were not fresh. The food was poorly packed and spilled all into the bag. Also, got shrimp fried rice. It wasn't good at all. I used to get it all of the time. I am not sure if they got a new chef or what is going on.
Went there for lunch and ordered chicken fried rice and lunch portion of Szechuan chicken. Food was good for the price. Lot of options for food but Siu is good Asian option.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was excellent and evidently very fresh. The sushi was among the best I’ve ever tasted—I just wish I lived nearby.
My family has been going to Siu's for a long time. Their service is great and the food is awesome. It is my favorite Asian restaurant.
