I made a reservation for my husbands birthday dinner with family. We had an amazing time. The service was spectacular and the atmosphere was very nice. Love the rebuild of the holiday inn and adding Johnny’s steakhouse was a great idea. I have been going to this holiday inn location since I was a kid and had all my kids birthday parties there and I have to say that when they tore it down to do the rebuild I was a little sad but this was a welcome addition.
A very eclectic crowd, that was a bit rowdy and vulgar. Not somewhere I would recommend for a romantic date night, but for a night out with friends. The drunken steak was very good, as was the bread. The service was okay, but not stellar, especially for how empty the restaurant was while we were there.
Service was fantastic but the food was not. In our party, there were 2 ribeye orders as well as a sirloin. All were overcooked and overpriced for quality of meat. The manager did stop by to check on us and offered a free adult beverage and dessert in exchange.

I've been at both locations in Farminton Hills and livonia and both provide great value.
Really liked the experience overall. Our server John was great.

"Fantastic place for breakfast. Easily a dozen choices of omelettes. Also at least a dozen breakfast choices like corned beef and hash, french toast, an italian sausage breakfast, and pork chop and eggs. I had the spinach and feta cheese omelette;filling and perfectly done (not runny nor burnt). They even have an omelette with steak. Great service; hard working friendlypeople."
