From Johnson's barbecue to have a small intimate dinner just my husband and II paid this off by the 16th I order this to be picked up Thanksgiving Day at 12 o'clock on my way to pick up the food. First off, I have to say that this is some of the best BBQ I've had in a while. The meat was incredibly tender and flavorful. The seasoning and taste were perfect, and the sauce was absolutely delicious. However, the yams seemed to be canned and lacked flavor and texture. The macaroni and cheese was good, but could have used more cheese to hold it together. Despite this, the flavor was still enjoyable. The potato salad was also tasty, with real potatoes, but it was overly salty. Overall, the meat was delicious and I appreciate supporting Black-owned businesses like this one in Compton. Worse experience ever! Ordered them through DDash for them to confirm and accept my order, then it was supposedly ready. I came some ways just find out when I got there they were closed. Called over 8 times to no answer. This business move fraudulent like so tread lightly. I never received my food but they took my money. I currently can't get a refund either. I came in looking for some fried chicken, but got a steak . Im glad i got it because it was cooked the way i liked it medium rare. It was a bit over seasoned but thats ok, next time ill ask for only easy salt/pepper. The service was great, busy working lady. I was offered a beer for a review, which was generous : . It's absolutely not worth your money you spent twenty five dollars for a double up, which is two meats and two sides they give you four rib tips and big old sausage links they're totally not worth the money, and that's why it's hard to support black businesses Jessica's Johnson brothers ever look at tyes. I have dined at many BBQ restaurants throughout Southern California, and I can confidently say that Johnson Brothers surpasses them all. The food is outstanding, especially the BBQ Ribs, pork ribs, and delicious side dishes they offer. The prices are reasonable for the generous portions. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone!
I have visited this restaurant before and every time I have received excellent service. The young woman at the counter was very friendly and polite. The food was absolutely delicious and had me dancing with joy. I highly recommend this restaurant for its amazing food.
Arrived when they first opened at 12:00 noon. Three people in line. 25 mins later was told anything would take 30 mins or more. Even the man in front of my did a phone order was told 30 mins. This place has no time management. Didn't get lunch. Will never go back.

Greens weren't my style, but who goes to BBQ spots for sides? All meats were very tender(7.5/10), sauce was good; overall a great addition to bbq list.
Shredded Beef or chicken bbq as well great to go for later or lunches.
